We deal with the complex preparation of steel structures, starting from design stage, production, assembly and post-sales services. All components are manufactured in our advanced equipment resources consisting of, among others: milling machines, press brakes, laser cutters, painting booths for wet painting and powder painting. During works we take into account PN, EN and ISO standards and Customer’s remarks (provided if such suggestions do not interfere with the applicable building regulations).
Components of the steel structures are welded with the most modern methods – in protective gases shielding, coated electrodes and arc covered with flux. The individual components are protected with anti-corrosion coatings or using shot-blasting, or cleaning with micro granules. All of that ensures the highest possible durability of the component.
Finished components are transported to the construction site with special vehicles, ensuring the safety of the load and our assembly teams are responsible for the precise assembly of the structure at the site.
